Can I cancel my appointment?
Absolutely! Please make sure to cancel at least 4 hours prior to your appointment to avoid cancellation fee’s.
Which payment methods are accepted?
We accept all major payment methods and cash on delivery.
How long do the appointments take?
Each appointment is different and unique, we pride ourselves in being meticulous when it comes to pampering our clients. Please allow yourself at least a minimum of one hour for each service.
What exactly happens after booking an appointment?
Once you have booked your appointment, please give yourself enough time to travel to our salon and arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your appointment.
Do I receive an invoice for my order?
Yes, each invoice is sent electronically via email.
